Lenore Jean Daniels
Professor of Modern Literatures, specialty Cultural Theory
Dr. Jean Daniels received her doctorate from Loyola University Chicago. She specializes in African Diaspora Literatures and Cultures: African Caribbean, African American, and African literatures and cultures. She has taught for twenty years at the college/university level. From 2002-2003, she taught in Ethiopia at Alemaya University and Addis Ababa University and in 2006 she taught Black Women Writers at the University of Winsconsin, Madison.
Her publications include scholarly articles for The Canadian Women’s Studies Journal, The Griot, and Americana. She has served as a writer for several community newsletters and co-editor for Chicago Alliance for Neighbourhood Safety Newsletter. Currently, she writes a commentary for The Journal, Platteville, Wisconsin and the Black Commentator.
Onigu Otite
Professor of Sociology
Professor Onigu Otite was educated at the University of Nigeria and the University of London. He is a Professor of Sociology at the University of Ibadan. He is the Author of Autonomy and Dependence (1973), editor of Themes in African Social and Political Thought (1973), co-author of An Introduction to Sociological Studies (1979), co -editor of Readings in Nigerian Rural Society and Rural Economy (1990), editor of Sociology, Theory and Applied (1994), Ethnic Pluralism and Ethnic Conflicts in Nigeria (1991) as well as numerous chapters in books and articles in learned Journals. Professor Otite has also served as adviser to numerous companies such as Shell Nigeria, to mention a few. He served as Head of Department of Sociology in the University of Ibadan from 1978- 1984.

Wilson Olabode Aiyepeku
Professor of Information Science
Professor Wilson Olabode Aiyepeku was the pioneer director of ARCIS (African Regional Centre for Information science) from 1990 to 1996. He holds a doctorate degree in information science, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Information Scientists. He has led or participated in consultancy assignments for several international organizations, including UNESCO, the Economic Commission for Africa, the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa, the World Bank/GEF, the International Development Research Centre, and the Central Bank of Nigeria.
He has also led consultancies for and to many Nigerian public and private institutions, including the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture in Ibadan, the Nigerian Institute for Transport Technology, the Federal Capital Territory, the Social Science Academy of Nigeria, and the National Universities Commission.
He is on the editorial board of several information science journals, including Education for Information, Journal of Information Science, and Information Technology for Development. He specializes in development information systems design and evaluation.
